Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on March 21, 2022 found that Immediate Homecare, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 10, 2022.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 10, 2022.
